- Some of the windows which could have offered incredible skyline/river views were obstructed by over sized window fixtures which I found pretty strange

-Battery Park: great neighborhood for younger families with kids. Plenty of brand new parks all along the river

-A bit out of the way from everything downtown which can be a little inconvenient but really gives the area a great quiet, residential feel at the same time

Disappointing view of construction zone and UPS truck parking lot.
